Roots in agricultural mechanization
André Dekeyser starts a contracting business and begins selling tractors and agricultural machinery to local farmers.

1992
Father and son, side by side
Sven Dekeyser joins his father in the business. The next chapter begins to take shape.

1996
KEY-TEC is founded
Father and son establish Key-Tec BVBA. That same year, they are awarded the Manitou dealership for East Flanders—the start of a partnership that still defines us today.

2001
The first warehouse is built
Construction of our first warehouse in Moerbeke. The site takes its first real shape.

2002
Rental operations begin
What starts as a side business grows year after year into a fleet of about 600 machines, eventually reaching the 990 units we offer today.

2012
Case Construction joins the lineup
KEY-TEC takes on the Case Construction dealership for all of Flanders. Construction equipment becomes a second pillar.

2014
New workshop and showroom
A new workshop and showroom open their doors, giving the team the space and tools to handle ever-larger fleets and ever-larger machines.
