Your role?
As Workshop Service Coordinator you ensure everything in the workshop runs smoothly and efficiently. You act as the linking pin between technicians, customers and external partners, making sure maintenance and repairs on (construction) machinery are correctly planned, executed and followed up.
- You plan and coordinate daily activities in the workshop so machines are quickly and correctly back in service.
- You assign work and support technicians with technical questions and interventions.
- You communicate with customers about planning, progress and complex jobs.
- You monitor the quality, timing and costs of the work performed.
- You carry out final checks on machines before delivery.
- You engage external partners where necessary and follow up on their work.
- You work accurately in the ERP system in line with internal guidelines.
- You report exceptional costs, workshop feedback and key matters to the Teamleader Operations.
Who you are?
You’re an enthusiastic Service Coordinator who combines planning, technical knowledge and communication skills to ensure interventions run smoothly and to a high quality.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- You have a strong affinity with technology and machinery.
- You have experience in a workshop environment (for example as a technician, foreman or planner).
- You’re customer-focused and practical in your approach.
- You’re highly organised and keep the overview in a dynamic environment.
- You communicate effectively with customers, technicians and suppliers.
- You’re solution-oriented and take responsibility.
